My bad. It was too small an adjustment wheel for my purposes anyway.

Forget that! If the adjustment is too stiff I prefer to go with some sort of external gear reduction.

I could be wrong but isn't that a design for high end air rifles used in Field Target shooting? If so their targets are very small and not shot from a bench so the AO measurements/requirements are very precise. The comments here are quite amusing, I got a good chuckle.

Schmidt and Bender also make a model like that.http://www.schmidtundbender.de/en/products/sport/125-50x56-field-target-ii.html I was looking into it as it comes with illuminated reticle on the 12-50 with 1cm per click (exactly what I was looking for). But I went with a 5-25 in stock.
