This is really cool this lady's building a 1880's style revolver including barrel from scratch i really like part 10 and 11 where she builds the cylinder,video 12 came out
yesterday where she started making the barrel.

She is probably working towards her "Büchsenmacher" diploma/certificate. Every student is required to be capable to make firearm from raw materials in order to earn his title. They are free to chose which design to take on.
What she is doing is pretty straight forward comparing to double rifle design most of German apprentice gunsmiths chose to do for their final exam.

I did about 25% of my workload today watching those episodes. Very much enjoyed the careful application of fundamental machining skills. I hope she gets to make a career and good money doing other things than mounting scopes and extracting screws.
