10:33- I emailed for shipping price on ammo.
10:38- They email price back.
12:30- Phone to place order.
12:52- Get order confirmation.
1:55- Shipping confirmation.

Seriously you guys. Its the first Pandemic in 102 years. One of the busiest times ever for firearms purchases.
And you manage to take, and ship my order in under 1 1/2 hours, with ammo shipping being 1/2 the price I'm usually quoted other places.
A huge thank you to everyone at Prophet River Firearms. Y'all run an absolutely top notch show.

We sure appreciate it. We are very busy and short handed, but the staff we have are working extremely hard to keep things moving. Of course, if you placed your order on a Monday, we may have been somewhat slower!! I'm sure we've missed some calls, etc, but we are extremely proud of how the staff that we still have are handling things. Thanks again for the business and the compliment.

PR has been around for alot of years .. I've bought lots of stuff from them, never an issue, always quick no matter how busy they are .... Their service is well known ...
 
In fairness to Tenda, I ordered a pistol from them on the 28th of June, received the CFO reference number from then on the 29th, and received a shipping label number on the 30th. In the interim I emailed them with a question on another item and they got back to me within hours. I’ve made a few purchases from them and they have all been speedy and trouble free. Last handgun order before this one was in early June...took 12 days from date of order to my hands in BC!
 
Agreed. I have ordered many times from Prophet river and items are always super quick to ship. The guys on the phone are always very helpful with answering questions.
 
Today I ran into the same problem as Atlas, unbelievable service. Thanks Clay and the gang for running a top notch business. Some day I’ll actually get out there and visit your establishment.
