Looking gud!

How's that nstar laser holding up? I picked one up a while ago, the pressure pad broke after a week and the laser can't even handle the recoil of a .22lr... it just randomly turns on and off :(

It's holding up fine. You just have to make sure it's screwed in, and the pressure pad is a little sensitive. Sounds like you got a dud pal, see if you can return it if possible. Also make sure it's mounted to the base firmly.

Yeah maybe I just got a lemon. Still fun to use tho, you can see that dot from miles away and the solid green beam it makes in a smoke/steamy room is so cool :D

Indeed, it's a fun little toy. Good to scare the crud out of some people. Nothing better that calling a passing public phone and using the laser on them, kind of like the movie Phonebooth.

I keep the bayo in a side pocket, sharpened it makes a great thrusting/throwing knife for close range if called for.

I actually just took it to the range and will have pictures up after Easter as I am leaving town for the holiday. At 50 yards, once I sighted in, I managed a 3 shot group in the bullseye overlapping eachother. Otherwise, they are all within a 6 inch Pieplate. I drew up a "Dingo" sort of picture (I shoot, not draw) on cardboard, put it out to 125 yards and shot at that. of 20 rounds, 14 hits, 13 were kill shots and 1 was a wounding shot to the upper shoulder. I should note about halfway through this, my rounds started to scatter. I only found out why later was that my muzzle break had been knicked by a bullet and slammed forward, bending the screws that clamp it on and making it really sloppy. A little elbow grease and some Alan Key tightening, along with cardboard shims, has fixed the issue.

I have shot it unrested, many times, in it's original milsurp configuration. Results were accurate as well, but obviously not as much as off of a stable shooting platform.
