It's not loaded, look at the magwell. When he talks to the camera it's been cleared, when he's shooting down range it's hot. Never seen him go near the barrel when it was hot unless I missed it.
 
I watched the video and didn't see him put his hand directly in front of the muzzle even once. He did have his hand off to one side a couple of times when the magazine wasn't in the gun.

I had an Italian made Pietta PPS-50 .22LR more than 30 years ago that would consistently fire when the trigger was pulled AND when it was released. The dealer/gunsmith who sold it to me gave me a new hammer from the manufacturer that fixed the issue.
