this shotgun I want..

3 tubes would have to be pinned at 1 round & 1 tube pinned at 2 rounds.
The magazine has 4 tubes that hold 4 rounds each=16 rounds
Its a semi centerfire so its limited to 5 last I recall, unfortunately...

no, you would just block off 2 of the four tubes, leaving one other tube capable of one shell only. Or, if the manufacturer would make single tubes for our market that would be ideal. A tube change would still be faster than stuffing singles into a conventional tubular magazine

But would it be classified as four individual four round mags coupled together? You need to physically change over to another tube, could this not be considered the same as coupling two AR mags together?

The RCMP already ruled on the issue if i remember correctly reading here on CGN. It is limited to 5 rounds as they consider it to be 1 magazine even though it has 4 tubes.

simple solution to the silly classification ruling...

Sell all the tubes separately with a coupler the joins them together.

Buy 4 separate tubes, the coupling gizmo and bam, you have (4) four round magazines coupled together.

Still abiding by the 5 round semi limit.
