No one in Canada keeps parts in stock. To get frames and barrels they have to be ordered and imported from the U. S. I have had better luck finding used locally or on the EE. Some items can take months to get from the states. Minimum two month wait for an Encore Pro Hunter frame and stock set. I am always looking for contender barrels. I just am not interested in having them imported due to the price. The only dealers that T/C lists in Canada is IRunGuns and 935 which take your order and import them.
The sad reality of being a contender junkie in Canada. Used can be found but I haven't found anyone in Canada that keeps new contenders in their racks. I have looked for over three years to find such a store in Canada but it doesn't exist. If you look back at some older threads on CGN you will find others saying the same thing. So far I am up to two frames and ten barrels all used.
