I'm still going to start reloading for 45ACP and I'm looking for decent bullets. Those from Marstar

look handsome and the price is excellent. Has anybody used them? Heard of them?
Thank you.

They were available in the UK a few years ago. I went through a few thousand in 9mm and .44 with no problems! I can't remember the price, but they were the cheapest thing going at the time and as good as any.

i got a couple thousand frontier 45gr bullets, so far shot off 100 reloads and so far so good... they work great for me.

i used FMJ data... lee 2nt edition.

I use them in 9mm; they work well. Some at the range get great groups, som do not; I am sort of in between. Speer has there TMJ bullets listed with the FMJ rounds if I remember, but I use the load out the latest Lyman handgun book for TMJ bullets.

The big question is:
to use load data for lead or FMJ??????????

Use lead data. The lead data will give you accurate peak pressure, but the velocity might be off because of different friction coefficients.

I have used lots in 9mm and 40.
