Customized at Canadian Tire - just like EVERY Chevy Cavalier or Dodge Neon in the greater Gatineau area. The OP is missing a neon pink accent strip though.

I find 95% of these so called mods very boring and lacking imagination and innovation. I would encourage those that are wanting to mod their SKSs to spend a little time just looking at the gun, handle it and get a feel of what this gun is all about and try to imagine that you are with the designer and try to improve the handling and the looks without resorting to off the shelf add one all the time.
