thoughts on what scope? (260 rem)

I have a custom 260 on the way and need to have a scope but can't afoard one I want so I am looking at some cheap ones that will get me shooting and then be able to turn over on the wifes 7mm08 for hunting after or do I get a bushnell 10X fixed tactacial ? I plan to use it hunting for yotes and thats where a fixed power would be a disavange IMO... cant spend alot at this time and mostly just want to shoot my new gun

it will be hunting rifle and target for fun, I am thinking around 250-350 I plan on a nice one as soon as I can aford one I just would like to get shooting
