That screw, on mine measures .092" across the threads and the closest I have on my thread guages is .5mm pitch, so figure about 48 to 52 TPI.( .5mm would be 50.79 TPI)
Pretty sure they are British Association threads. 47.5 degree thread form (our Unified thread are 60 degree). They are designated 2BA etc. If you can get ahold of a Machinery Handbook not too hard to figure out the size of a threaded hole using the inside diameter as a guide.
