Threading a 18.5 nova tactical for chokes

I had the barrel done on my defender with great results but I am looking for a new shotgun. Has anyone threaded their benelli for chokes? Mostly concerned about the chrome lined barrel? Or anyone had the Vang Comp done on this shotgun? Thanks and any gunsmith advice for this in Ontario?

Tac Ord is the only place in Canada that I'm aware of doing Vang Comp - they also do choke threading.

You don't need to do the vang treatment on a nova bbl as its back bored already.
You could do the vang pOrting.
But I would just have it threaded for choke tubes

Tacord won't touch them as they are chrome lined to my knowledge. Are you able to thread them if they are chrome lined?

Al Simmons Gun Shop in Hamilton will do these as long as the barrel thickness is there, chrome lined is no issue.
