Three Digit S/n

Looking for any info on a sporterized lee enfield with three digit s/n and not the usual markings. I don't have the rifle here so don't recall the markings. Just curious about s/n. Also during it's lifetime it was fitted with a one piece stock and the thumb slot filled in but noticeable. Thanks.

Obviously it is not the original number. Probably renumbered during the course of an extensive rebuild.
