I've owned seven pistols (currently still have six of them) and all have had three-dot sights (either standard or night sights) except for the most recent which has a "competition" rear and fibre optic front. I love the set-up and am actually quicker on-target and more accurate with it. I would never have thought so but now I'm starting to think that marked rear sights (two dots, line, whatever) are a distraction compared to having just the front sight marked and am contemplating blacking out the rear dots on my non-tritiums. Anyone else find this?
