One week ago I mailed in to the Korth Group in Alberta my older Vari-X 111 2.5-8X scope to get the reticle changed to a Boone & Crockett reticle and to have them do a once over on it (warranty consideration).

"WOW" I just received it back this morning only 8 days after I mailed it in.

Tony the tech told me he didn't like how the adjustment system was working so he upgraded/replaced the system under warranty as well as the B/C reticle looks great.

Cost $234.14 to get the reticle changed, return shipped to me in only one week warranty was done for free.

Can't ask for better service than that.

Their service is one reason why I use / recommend Leupold scopes, I don't think that I've ever heard a complaint against Korth Agencies.
 
I emailed them looking for cap for old vx11 1x to 4x They asked for my adddress arrived today 4 days N/C
Leupold pretty hard to beat !
 
As I said in a recent post, I still think Leupold has the best warranty and svc in the business. Having Korth in Alberta sure saves alot of grief not to mention their svc is outstanding as well.

Their service for the non MK IV scopes is fantastic but it is less than desirable for the MK IV's in some cases

We got the last of the Mark IV tools yesterday and repaired a Mark IV today. It takes a little time to get tools for up here sometimes, but once we have them we no longer need to send them to the U.S. for repair.
 
Tony thanks for the quick turn around I mounted the scope onto my 375RUM this morning and made it out to the club late this afternoon.

The B/C reticle looks/works great and the scope adjustments worked better than ever.

With 300gr Sierra Gameking bullets @ 2775fps sighted dead on @ 200 yards the first B/C line down held dead on a 300 yard target resulted in groups hitting about 2" high.

Very happy... :D :D
 
I've used Korth for a couple of years now for scopes and spotting scopes and without exception the service has been fantastic. Great company and Leupold is a great product.
 
Yeah, we are very lucky to have the Korth Group here in Canada, much less in Alberta. They are the epitome of great customer service, time and time again.

If you request that they communicate with you they will call.

If there is a charge like in my case having the Boone & Crockett reticle installed the scope was already finished when Tony called for my credit card # and that was when he informed me that he had done some up grades under warranty.
