Just a quick post to praise the great service I've had from SFRC for my first purchase there.
Last month I ordered a Norinco coach gun and Rossi ranch hand. Everything was fine until I shot the shotgun, which had a problem with one of the hammer assemblies. When I contacted them about it, Marcie replied within an few hours that Ryan was at SHOT and it may take 48 hours for him to get back to me. 2 days later I get an email saying my replacement shotgun is on the way!
Received the replacement after 5 business days with a shipping label to send the defective gun back, postage paid.
All in all, I'm very impressed. I've gotten very quick replies from Marcie via email every time I've asked a question and they went above and beyond to get me a working gun ASAP.
