I don't know why I didn't do this earlier, but last summer I had a very positive experience with Prophet River. I don't like to talk about what I am buying, but suffice it to say that when they couldn't complete my order, they went out of their way to ensure they found something that would work for me at the same price. Shipping was also challenging due to my travel, and they nailed that also. I wouldn't know about these great companies if it wasn't for their support of the Forum.
