Tig welding a Remington 700 bolt handle

I've seen American gunsmith websites that offer to remove a Remington 700 bolt handle and then Tig weld it back on for a stronger connection. Does anyone offer this service in Canada?

I know some will say bolt handles almost never come off but it happened to me on a previous rifle. I'd like to have this one worked on pre-emptively.

I had one done by a guy in Alaska. No issue shipping back and forth but that was several years ago

Never assume....as YouTube is NOT the cure/answer.
Handle requires re-work to TIME correctly.
