I was out on my range today, shooting my new T3 .308. I have a 200yd range on my hunting property. Anyway I set up at 100yds, fired the first group, was letting the barrel cool and out walks two 10 point bucks and two 8 points in single file, 80 yds to my left. Nice. So I let them walk on and then shoot another group. Again letting the barrel cool, out comes two 6 points, I shjt you not:D Obviously not afraid of the shots! Awesome day, and got great groups from the .308 to boot!:D here's the targets, no camera for the deer though:redface:

Nice groups.

LOL, you know, I did hold the crosshairs on the biggest 10, bolt out of course:cool: He's a dandy.

I shot these groups with Federal Power-Shok 180gr sp ($12 at Walmart clearance). I haven't even got to the premiums yet;)

bolt out?
the man knows his limitations I guess.
It is better that way, trigger finger might betray you in the dearest of moments....;)

nice groups.
Tikka is a good rifle.
The nly thing I don't like is that they don't have iron sights (that's why I sold mine) and the limited availability of aftermarket stocks.

There is someone working on an aftermarket stock for the Tikka's. Can't recall their name, but they are a vendor and also on CGN. The name was Composite Stocks or something like that?
