Guys, a mate of mine has a sweet tikka t3x superlight , 7mm rem mag.... he has been shooting a load which worked fine for his 500m hunting but then something has changed..
id like to post some info an see what you legends on CGN can suggest he try next, or perhaps know the issue.
original load 70gr "ar2225" RETUMBO Accubond Long Range 168 gr..... Norma brass and fed 215 primers.
he had some ES an thought Neck tension, so annealed and it continued-
annealed target with 6x fired brass
annealed new brass.. His drama here is ES of 40 ??????
re developed the charge as seen below recently
some of the data recently - developing - flying still.
off bags at a range, can put 3 x 300wsm touching at times, so not the shooter-- good zeiss or swarvo something expensive scope,
aparently rifle doesnt like 2217--
tried new brass, annealed brass, old brass etc......
what do you blokes think may be goin on here?
thanks alotly
RE the numbers via chrono,,,, is he chasing numbers or confusing numbers with whats goin on down range EG- does 40 ES really matter a ####.? how do i explain this lol
