well today i was looking to find a load for the tikka.this year there is a very good chance i will be getting to hunt sydney island BC for fallow dear.
i picked up a box of 120grain Nosler ballistic tip,and had 3 powders to play with.varget,IMR 4895,and h380.
well once the box was emty the best load worked was 43.5gr to 44gr of IMR4895.with a c.o.l 2.815.this was used in 2 different tikka T3's one blue other was stainless.both guns gave sub M.O.A 0.904 -0.768next box of balliatic tip i get will be chronyed,and loaded for the hunt.
