Tikka 91/30

I saved this 1944 Tikka 91/30 from bubba today. Sadly the stock was cut, however I managed to use some aircraft bolts and epoxy as dowels and totally save the stock. I can even drag a piece of paper down under the barrel channel with little effort. Anyways I think I did OK for 200 bucks. The bore is absolutely mint with sharp shiny rifling.

I have a Tikka 91/30 as well, not much blue remaining but bore is excellent and shoot great, mine is 1943 dated

It's hard to see but its built on an 1894 sestroryetsk receiver.

You can get away with a pre-war Russian stock. I have three of the Tikkas, all with round receivers, and have been looking for a hex for a while now. I'm officially jealous.
