Tikka accuracy gurantee gone??

I was surfing the Beretta website and I guess this year Tikka no longer has a 1" moa gurantee.

All Sako rifles, prior to leaving the factory, must fire a 1" (1 M.O.A.) , 5 shot group, at 100 yards.
Tikka rifles are expected to deliver 1'' ( 1 M.O.A.) , 3-shot groups at 100 yards.

Notice how they do not say must fire or guranteed.

I can see another Remington/Tikka starting up again.

I wish someone made a cumulative Sticky post about Tikka pro's and cons... I'm thinking about buying one however I hear tons of mixed reviews.

I suppose it all comes down to the user, how you "feel" with the gun not just the expected features.
