Hello guys
Could someone tell me the procedure for removing a Tikka action from the Tac21 chassis?
I got this response from your support team but as I said , it’s the safety that’s the problem.
Do I need to remove the safety in order to remove the action from the chassis?
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Once you remove the trigger you can take the action out of the TAC21 chassis. If we can help with any other questions, please let us know.

Remove the bolt stop pin and bolt stop. Remove the hold down bolt for the trigger. You will now be able to twist/clock the action relative to the chassis so that you can “fish” the trigger assembly out.

You have to twist the action while the trigger is unbolted to get the clearance for the safety to fit through.
