Tikka barrel thread question?

Couple of questions. Can a gunsmith put a barrel threaded for a rem 700 on a tikka t3 with some minor work and who can add flutes to the barrel? I'm in Saskatchewan so names of smiths would be awesome also.

yes it can be done,but almost as much work as using a blank barrel.

In fact if you want a quality job it all relies on what was done before, more work than a blank for lesser job. Buy a blank and have someone fit it.
