Tikka dealer

If by "dealer" you mean a gun store, then it's just a matter of finding a store that carries Tikka products and that shouldn't be much of a problem.
In your neck of the woods, I'd give Elwood Epps a call.
 
As far as I know the master sporter is no longer made and is now replaced by the T3 Sporter.

The t3 sporter comes in 222, 223, 260, 308 and 6.5x55.

If your looking for a t3 sporter they are great guns and pretty easy to come by. I love mine.
