If you want something out of the Ordinary you have to be relentless. Gunsmiths are People and like everybody else there is the good the bad and the ugly. If a Gunsmith nearby cant/wont help you try another eventually you will get to the go-getter which can and will source your part.

The OP can try the usual suspects- Stoeger Canada, Western Gun Parts, Numrich etc.
If the OP finds a "good" gunsmith, be prepared to pay him/her for their "go-getting". For someone who makes their living as a gunsmith, time is money.
