Tikka M65 rifling

I've cleaned this barrel a few times and never noticed that it has a Right hand twist. Is this common in hunting rifles or is it just this modle of Tikka. Do the modern Tikks and Sakos also have Right hand twists?

Are you asking about Tikka specifically?

Other than the enfields, all my other rifles have had right hand rifling twists.

There's definitely some uniqueness to Tikka M65 rifling. I had a 30-06 that had ratchet rifling (and I suspect yours does too). I posted about it, but unfortunately the pictures have since been removed and I no longer have them:
