is what a tikka M695 stock replacement done on a tikka M65
If not, where can we buy one?

I ordered direct from McMillian for my m65 stock. Aside from that GRS makes stocks inletted for the M65 action. I also inquired to Manners about getting a flat top ( no action inlet), and that could be done as well. Not a lot of options for that action but they sure do make for a nice rifle.
