Tikka Magazines???

Hey guys,

I'm looking into getting a Tikka T3X CTR in .223 but I can't seem to find anywhere that carries extra 10 round magazines. The rifle comes with just one (which sucks for an expensive gun). Any idea where to try?

Wait! You managed to find a CTR in 223? That's a bit of a rare bird. I've had my eye out for a while

I ordered a spare mag when I got my CTR 223. It took a while to come in, but it came. Talk to your local dealer, the part # is S540203677

or Atlasworx aics mag system that fits into the CTR footprint.
308 CTR also works with MDT plastic aics mags instead of CTR mags, maybe the 223 MDT mags also work. Bit tight at first.

Cabela's and Al Flaherty's both carry it, but for an absurd price tag in the 190-220$ range....
You might genuinely want to consider switching over to AICS type mags in the long run if you want to run multiple mags. Alternatively, there might also be people selling their CTR mags in the EE in the parts section of the precision rifle EE
