Anybody have a good powder for a Tikka in 6.5x 55 with a 140 gr hornaday bullet ,will be used for benchrest to 300 yards?

H-4831sc followed by RL-22

I always used H4831SC in my swede, worked great, very accurate. Never tried the RL-22, just never found any when I was looking.

46gr H4831, 140gr Hornady match, CCI BR2,Norma brass.
But NORMA Target ammo is hard to beat if you don't reload, shoots 130gr bullet, shoots under a 1/2moa out of my friends Tikka Varmit stainless barrel version.

VIT N560 Norma MRP2 also like 4831sc. 129gr really like H4350.

Thanks guys that gives me a starting point . I've had excellent results with 4350 in other calibers so I'll be sure to try it also 4831 , but R22 seems to be hard to find

I used Re22, Re19, H4831 and found that H4350 beat them all in the majority of my 6.5's (I have several)
