Tikka replacement bolt

Are there any sources in Canada for Tikka bolts? Looking to change my 6.5 creed CTR to 7 saum and need a magnum bolt. LRI makes an aftermarket bolt but not sure if they will ship to Canada.

Have a gunsmith open up your bolt.

Can't you just have the bolt face opened up? West desert shooter built a SAUM off a tikka and I believe his action started as a 243

Longrifles Inc makes really nice Tikka bolts, not sure how to get one into Canada though.

From my understanding and according to our Gunsmiths, Tikka doesn't sell bolts on their own. So either you need to buy a custom built one, send your rifle to tikka, or open the bolt face.

I’ve called Stoeger about this. They will sell you a bolt but will only sell it if their gunsmiths do the work. It’ll cost around 1000$. Probably easier to buy a base model T3 with the correct bolt face and go from there.
