Hey Folks , I'm putting a scope on a Tikka T3 .270WSM and would like to keep the weight to a minimum and strength maximum . I'm liking the look of the Talley one peice ring's , just want to cover all options . Any sugestion's ? Tks

I had Tikka rail rings on my fathers Tikka 6.5x55 and 2 years ago shot at a Moose and missed because the dam rings let go! I put on a set of screw on bases with redfield style turn in rings to make sure this never happens again! I don't trust these rail type rings anymore, even though Talleys are well built I can't think of putting this type on my 308 heavy barrel Tikka model 585 now unless I put Talley type screw on Weaver base down first, just my experiance, Dale in T-Bay

Talleys are the way to go 100%! They will take abuse from lightweight, heavy recoiling rifles with large scopes that tear other rings apart.

I had a set of millet rings on my tikka. One day at the range when shooting my 300winmag the scope fell off.Got rid off the millet rings and installed talleys, never had an issue after that.
Very happy with the talley rings.
