Tikka rips up case rims

What is going on here is the rim gets shaved and builds up a nasy burr that makes reloading a pain and possibly digs at the plastic mags. The rifle is in 223 and this happens on any chambered case fired or not.

Mine used to do the same thing. A Tikka T3 in 223 which I bought new.
After about 500 rounds through it. It quit doing it's trick on cases.

I contacted Tikka and got SFAll from them. It was like, tough schlit, we don't care.

NEVER, EVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER TIKKA.
Savage gets my business now.
