Tikka Sling Swivels - appear to be fixed.

Are the sling swivels on a Tikka fixed?

Saw one yesterday and there was no disconnect between the stud and the swivel.
Without a sling, the shooter's hand was making contact with the swivel in recoil.
It would not be possible to connect a Harris bipod.
If it were mine the swivel would have been cut off and replaced with a quick detachable.

Unless the change is recent or someone replaced them, they are quick detachable - same swivels used on the sakos. You pull the knurled knob straight out to remove.
