Flush-er fit or Flush-ish?... I dunno, it's your call but it's a definite improvement over the factory wart.
I don't often gush over aftermarket parts but I have to say I'm very impressed with this mag floorplate from D.I.P.
It's made of metal, super easy to install and functions flawlessly.
Capacity is 6rds and it makes one-handed carry very comfortable for us guys who are stalking in the field with our Tikkas.

I designed and 3D printed one where you don't have to cut up your mag and they hold 7 rounds.
Uploaded it to Thingiverse (non-commercial license) if you want the file.

Nice work!
In my case I don't have the access to a printer,so that's a no-go for me.
If I'm being honest I have to say I prefer the DIP as it looks cleaner to me and protrudes less which is the whole point of this mod in my eyes.
Your design looks to hang a couple-few mm's lower, maybe that's where the 7th round sits?
Anyways,no disrespect intended and your way of "skinning the cat" for sure costs less than purchasing the DIP product!

No prob, just putting other options out there. DIP does not sell to Canada, are you buying from Kinney's? I was getting DIP rails through them.
