I recently purchased a Tikka T3 Lite Stainless 7mm Rem Mag with a 24" barrel. I had a Bushnell 3200 3-9x44mm scope mounted too. I am looking for recommendations on bullet grain for a range of 100 to 200 yards. I'll be hunting White Tail and Muley maybe Black Bear. Any other recommendations are welcome too.

I just use 162g Hornady interlocks or SST's. My hand loads are only doing about 2800fps, (similar to factory velocities for 160 gr) and at that velocity it will shoot through a deer on any reasonable angle even up close. If you want something that will give a little more penetration I would go with a 160g Nosler Partition.

I also own a T3 stainless in 7mag and find it to be a very good hunting rifle.

I'm using 160gr Partitions. I've also used 160gr accubonds and 175gr Trophy Bonded Bear Claws which shot very well outta my Savage.

As everyone else as said any good quality 140 - 160 grain bullet will drop any deer or black bear within the distance you specified as long as you do your part and make a good shot.
