Tikka t3 barrel stamp

i bought a tikka t3 and noticed a strange barrel stamp. kind looks like a dragon wearing a crown.... does anyone know what that is?

Sako's have the same. Tikka owned by Sako(owned by Beretta) Probably same parts bin?

The old Valmets I believe had that too. It is a symbol that represents Finland.
