Tikka T3 HB 7 MM muzzle brake?

I hat the T3 out today for the first time. I had 70 reloads and 20 factory rnds with me. It wasn't to bad except for the scope bite on the first rnd and the shoulder started to ache a bit on the end of it. So if like to try a brake, any suggestions?

Replace your recoil pad, i.e. get a limbsaver, and reposition your scope. You don't need a muzzle brake for that rig if you can shoot it 90 times from the bench. You're absolutely fine!

Good advice! A good recoil pad is fairly cheap, and installing it won't increase the noise to the shooter, or reduce the value of the rifle like installing a brake will.
