Tikka T3 scope mount.

I've never tried the others but I just mounted the one piece optilock rings so no bases to deal with. They are solid steel and use 4 screws per ring also come in stainless. Used the low ones on a 44mm objective and still room under it on my t3. There's a small pin the runs down through a hole in the front ring into the hole in the top of the receiver to stop any movement from recoil. Nice set up but pricey. Cost me $150.

Thanks all. Trying to find some silver medium Talley's... Seems Cabelas only has black. Anyone know where to get some that can ship quickly?

Have you ever looked at the Near Alphamount? If I want a super high quality mount for a T-3, I won't import it from Finland, I will drive about 1/2 mile to Near. Mfg.

No I have not. However, after installing and using the MaSi, I won't use another mount. It's that good! Importation is really a matter of an email and wire transfer. :)

Warne tikka rings they fit on the rail like tikka rings. I also have tally rings on my other tikka they are good if you line the scope up in them before you tighten them right down since there is nothing to line them up they are flat bottom on the flat top reciever. I like the dedicated warne tikka rail rings, no base, simple. The tallys also have no base but they dont fit like the warnes

For looks the black talleys on stainless which i have are nice they look good i wouldnt want tinny silver rings on my tikka. The warnes clamp on but they also have the recoil pin

Gold? That would be awesome! Hmm, l seem to be in the minority that silver rings on a black stock/ stainless looks great and ties everything together. I am getting the black with red web B & C, so maybe I've lost you at that to. šŸ˜‰
