My first Tikka (T3 varmint .223 SS)
In short, I love it...yes, the stock takes a little getting used to, especially if you like nice wood, or have been using 17 lb sniper rifles. Mounted a Leupold 4.5x14 LE and with factory, or handloads..this rifle delivers. Action is smooth, ejects well, easy to carry although with the light stock makes it a little muzzel heavy. Trigger is outstanding, and it shoots very well...and the key is "Out Of The Box". Mags are expensive...but it sure feeds slick. Its a keeper for sure. Bill, you'd better get some stick on horns before you get to Texas, or you'll
be in the hurt locker...
