Are you sure that the powder is the same lot as load development? Same with bullets. Just because the box and labels are the same doesn’t mean contents are the same. My hornady 225eldm shoot 1MOA higher with the new lot compared to the old lot. Had powders do the same. New lot typically means new load development. Will be pretty much the same but usually requires some tweeking. Thats why you see guys buying 8-16 pounds of similar powder and 2000 of the same lot of bullets. One less thing to factor into loading
