Timing issues Colt Trooper Revolver - Looking for a good gunsmith

Hi,

I have a Colt Trooper Mk III revolver in .22lr that has some timing issues.
Every few shots the trigger gets stuck and the cylinder won't turn. I have to open the cylinder and reset it each time.

I am looking for a good gunsmith that knows Colt revolvers

I am in the Metro Vancouver area, but would be willing to ship it if need be.
