Timney AR-15 Trigger Question in a AR180B-2

Hey Gunners,

I own a Armalite 180B-2 Rifle and cant stand the crappy trigger that came with it. On the 180B-2 sticky its mentioned that this rifle takes AR-15 triggers. I have always heard amazing things about Timney products and I am considering buying one of their AR-15 trigger. Now the questions.

1. Will my safety still function after swapping out the triggers?
2. Do any of our gracious promoters sell this product?
3. if not.. Where is a good place to buy them?
4. Does anyone have any experience with the AR-15 trigger made by Timney?

Ya' Know I never thought of that. The Timminy trigger should drop right in and the safety should work all right. If not, it might require a little fitting but I can't see why. The hammer and trigger are simply AR parts so the relationship in the reciever must be the same. I wonder if the reciever is cut inside the same as an AR?
P & D has them, or at least can get them.

I'd recommend a Geissele over any other AR match trigger (ArmsEast has 'em).

However with that said, I'd question dressing up a 180.
 
AR180-B triggerset

Just purchase a small pin Armalight two stage match trigger set and drop it in and problem solved,thats what I did on mine 180-B. Thanks--Dieseldog!:sniper:
