Timney Trigger over Jewell for the Rem 700

I do think the Timney is fine on a hunting rifle...I installed one I got from Jerry on a savage 110 and for hunting set at 2lbs. I can find no fault in it...I'm quite pleased with it!
I do think I'll send a couple of rem. 700 triggers into Guntech this winter and see how they compare at a fraction of the timney cost.
Hey Guntech, when is the best time to send the triggers? I'm thinking shortly after hunting season is over with....mid Dec.? How long is the turn around time?

You should really send the whole action

I had a Timny on a Weatherby rifle and I will admit it was also very good ... then I bought one for the rem700 , which is the trigger in question on this thread ... they are flawed
