Tipton - Best Gun Vice - on sale at Bass Pro

If anyone's interested, the Tipton "Best Gun Vice" is on sale at Bass Pro for $69. (That's a very good price)

This is a very good vice for cleaning and holding a gun for light work. They are decent with aluminum rails in the plastic for securing the brackets.

I use my own wooden one, it has leather pads and a generous tray below. I had everything except the varnish so I built one.

My checkering cradles made of aluminum got left behind in a move (damn!) so I have to re-make them, they were perfect.
