Titegroup in 357 Mag

Great stuff for low to mid range loads in all sorts of pistol cartridges. Thousands of rounds to the pound and reasonable price to boot.

I forget the 357 load I've been using but I've used titegroup in almost every pistol that I have except for antiques.

I find that I get similar velocities with max load tightgroup w 125gr campro's as my max load H110 158gr and 180gr hunting loads. Makes for cheap, quiet, non-firebally practice and plinking ammo.

That's my intention. Burning 5-6grs of powder compared to 15grs makes for more shots per pound of powder. Still makes holes in the paper :)

One thing I'd be watching for in your shoes - a double charge. With that light a charge of TG, I suspect there's still lots of room in the case.

Yes I have used titegroup for 357 loads. I have also used it with small pistol primers versus small pistol magnum's and have had good results.

Just dug out a couple of reloaded rounds in a bag labelled "357 Magnum 4.8 grams Tite Group 158 grams FP/XTP WSO" from a few years ago.

Not sure what primer is in them but at the time was using Winchester primers for small pistol loads (WSP).

IIRC that was a decent load.

As others have said "measure twice, cut once".
