Titegroup loads in 9mm and 45

Anyone have a favorite load using Titegroup in the 9mm (124gr) and 45 ACP (200gr)? Both are plated bullets
I'm going to try 4.2gr in the 9 and 5.0gr in the 45....

I was using 4.0gr of Titegroup with 124gr Frontier CMJ (plated) for a PF of 130.

My last batch of bullets was weighing in at 122gr - 122.5gr and my PF dropped to 127.

I now use 4.2gr.
