You're not the Colin who works for TNA are you? Because that would be shameless.

I've had good experiences with TNA sales & customer service too though, so I have to agree here. The handwritten note was a nice touch.

Have had nothing but good experiences from TNA, little things like handwritten notes I agree is a nice touch, and cheap shipping is awesome.....but 2 day shipping is not something I have ever experienced....usually like 10 or more.....from my past orders.....

cheap shipping..so If you aren't in a hurry...who cares

I think it has more to do with his location. I’m on the west coast and I usually have to wait between a week or two before my orders arrive. Cheap shipping usually isn’t fast but sure makes buying things nice when you make multiple orders.

Indeed, though we try to ship quick, the actual transit time can vary from 1 to infinity days depending where one is located.
