what would a person have to do to sell ammo for non-restricted firearms from his place of residence On A First Nations Reserve

I don't know if its a matter of what the ammo will be used in because most types of ammunition can be used in either or. I think it depends on the volume of ammunition being sold.

What quantities are you talking about ??? You want to have at home store ?? I buy my ammo on a native reserve which is 5 min away ..... ya got to luv not payin tax!!

Contact your CFO for a business licence. An ammunition only licence is one of the least expensive options and has the fewest requirements.

Seriously, what are we talking about here. If you have a few boxes of ammo you wish to dispose of, go to the EE, post them, find a buyer and ship them out.

If you are referring to starting a business, that is a whole different issue. As mentioned by tiriaq, contact the CFO for regulations and licensing.

I have the application at home (yet to be filled out), and can't remember off hand how much it was for the licence. Best to call your Province's CFO, like tiriaq said, and get them to mail you an application form.
